West End Collaboration with Long Beach Brewing Company

Our Chef had the honor of collaborating on a beer with Long Beach Brewing Co. located in Oceanside, N.Y.

We came up with a delicious new brew, West End Sunsets. A Fresh Ginger and Blackberry ale made with 100% NY State Pilsner malt and a touch of Vienna malt and NYGrown Mackinac Hops. Ginger flavor notes upfront without spice or heat and a sweet Blackberry finish.

 
Long Beach is known for its beautiful west-end sunsets, which coincidentally is the name of our restaurant. Our Chef had the honor to be hands on and was able  to see this process through its entirety, from day one where he boiled the grains & hops to the last day when they transferred the beer into kegs.
